HLN have been working with Castell Group and a local Housing Association to develop a design for 30no. new apartments on the site of a former Labour Club in Caerphilly. We have worked alongside an offsite timber manufacturer to incorporate their standard apartment layouts onto the site, ensuring the building and its surroundings enhance the wider context.
The building was positioned to place the greatest emphasis on the new high quality apartment building, ensuring that the location, scale and massing all enhanced the immediate neighbourhood and wider context.
