Lloyds Banking Group
HLN takes pride in creating transformative spaces, as seen in the Harbourside project for Lloyds Banking Group, alongside Wates Construction. The project was completed in 13 weeks and featured a comprehensive Cat B office fit-out with new amenities including a Café and Gym.

Ministry of Justice
Our team, alongside Wates Construction, transformed a former office building into a new judicial development for HMCTS at Watford County and Family Court. The new space comprises a reception and security area, hearing rooms, workspaces, lifts and stairs, welfare facilities, glazing, upgraded building fabric, and roofing.

Tesco PLC
HLN have maintained a longstanding relationship with Tesco for over three decades, during which time we have collaborated to create innovative retail spaces and sustainable store layouts. Recent projects include multiple Tesco Express Stores, a new extension to the store in Great Dunmow, Essex and the design of a new extension to a store in Stow on the Wold.

Andrew Brown, Director of Architecture
Following continued growth within the business, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Brown as the new Director of Architecture in the Cardiff office. Andrew has a particular passion and specialism in the Community, Residential and Higher Education sectors and enjoys the challenge of Higher Education sectors and enjoys the challenge of engaging with clients and end users to maximise a project’s potential. Andrew is looking forward to working alongside David, Isobel and the Cardiff team to continue the HLN tradition of delivering exceptional projects for our clients.

Dorchester Collection
HLN are pleased to report our continued relationship with The Dorchester Hotel on various phases of its refurbishment through the last 5 years. In February this year, the front-of-house areas opened to much acclaim in the hospitality press. HLN and the rest of the project team are thrilled to have achieved sectional completion and will continue working with The Dorchester Group on its renovations.

Urdd Gobaith Cymru
Construction has completed on the new dining hall and sleeping accommodation for the Urdd Golbaith, Llangrannog. The buildings have been designed to be environmentally sustainable, achieving net zero carbon operationally. The new timber framed buildings are highly insulated with excellent air tightness. The Urdd Golbaith are a not-for-profit organization offering outdoor activities to schools across Wales. The new buildings were part funded by the Welsh government to ensure the organisation can meet demands of future generations.
